  • Optrekkend vocht: bodemvocht stijgt capillair in metselwerk.
  • Doorslaand vocht: regenwater dringt door de buitengevel (poreuze steen, beschadigd voegwerk).
  • Symptomen: natte plekken, loslatend stucwerk/verf, witte kristallen (salpeter), muffe geur.
  • Belangrijk: sluit condensatie en lekkages eerst uit.
